The Pumpkin Prayer theme is a customer favorite, intended to give you a Christian alternative to Halloween. The words of The Pumpkin Prayer compare cleaning out and lighting up a pumpkin to being forgiven because of Jesus’ death on the cross (seen in the nose of the pumpkin) and living with the light of Jesus shining in our lives (seen through the shapes on the face).
The Power Up with Jesus theme points to Jesus as the one true source of power. With faith in Jesus’ forgiveness, kids are renewed, recharged, and ready to face the day—powered by their Savior! Jesus is the Light of the World. Help the children in your ministry learn how Jesus’ power comforts, guides, protects, and provides for them!
Jesus Is the Real Treat is a fun theme that relates to Halloween but still delivers the Christian message to children. Unlike traditional candy, Jesus is a “treat” that lasts and lasts. His love, forgiveness, and mercy are treats that we can enjoy any time we want—they’ll always be with us! And Jesus doesn’t want us to keep this treat all to ourselves—faith in Jesus is something we can share!
